What is OY MEMBERS?
OY MEMBERS is OLIVE YOUNG Global’s free membership program. To access OY MEMBERS Rewards, you must join OLIVE YOUNG Global. This membership program does not work outside of OLIVE YOUNG Global, like at OLIVE YOUNG local stores in KOREA.
There are five level in OY MEMBERS: BABY, PINK, GREEN, BLACK, and GOLD.
Regardless of the level, all members receive various benefits that OLIVE YOUNG Global offers. In addition, each level has additional benefits. You can access multiple coupons, rewards points, and other benefits as a higher-tier member. The benefits offered at any given time, including the tier-exclusive benefits, are subject to change at the discreation of OLIVE YOUNG Global.
How do I join OY MEMBERS?
It’s free to join. Simply create an account (or sign in if you already have one). If you sign up, BABY OLIVE level will be given immediately.
How does the program work?
There are five tiers in OY MEMBERS. You become a BABY member immediately upon joining, and the PINK, GREEN, BLACK, and GOLD tiers require specific purchase performance to be made over six months, meaning the first half of the year from January to June or the second half from July to December. You will be assigned a new tier on the first Monday of January(based on your purchase performance in second-half of last year) or July(based on your purchase performance in the first first-half of current year). Your adjusted tier (level) will be valid for six months.
However, if your purchase performance (purchase amount) meets the criteria to advance to a higher tier after January or July when you has been assigned the level, you can upgrade immediately without waiting until next beginning of January or July.
You can check your purchase performance on the Membership page, which updates daily. If you meet the purchase performance, you will move up to a higher level the next day.
*The current OY MEMBERS program is valid until December 31st.
What is the required purhase performance for moving up a level?
- BABY OLIVE: Immediately after signing up
- PINK OLIVE: Purchase amount US$1~119.99
- GREEN OLIVE: Purchase amount US$120~179.99
- BLACK OLIVE: Purchase amount US$180~299.99
- GOLD OLIVE: Purchase amount over US$300
You only need to meet the required purchase amount to be upgraded to a higher membership level.
How can I use my points?
Reward points can be used like cash for OLIVE YOUNG Global only when you have at least one point (1 point = US$1).
Reward points accumulate by 0.5%-2.5% depending on the tier based on the purchase amount of the delivered order.
The purchase amount does not include coupon discounts, payments made with reward points, taxes, and shipping fees.
Points cannot be transferred or loaned to others.
Nonmembers are not eligible to redeem and earn reward points.
Notice
- As of July 1, 2025, the OY MEMBERS level was determined based on purchase performance January 1 to June 30, 2025, and the level is valid until December 31, 2025.
- From July 1 to December 31, 2025, if your purchase performance satisfy for upper level, it will be upgraded around 00:00 the next day Korean time. The level is valid until June 30, 2026.

Purchase performance refers only to the total purchase amount. Please note that performance is calculated based solely on orders with the status “In Transit” or “Delivered.”
- Purchase amount : Actual purchase amount excluding coupon discounts, payments made with reward points, taxes(ex. GST) , and shipping fees.
- After logging in, you can check your purchase performance by clicking on the progress bar at the top of the membership page. Note: Purchase data is updated daily and reflects activity from July 2, 2025, to one day prior to your inquiry.
- The BABY OLIVE level is given to members who have no order history at all since signing up, or who have no order history from January 1 and June 30, 2025, even if they have purchased before that. Note: Sign-up coupons are valid for a limited time only.
- The Early Access event will be held 3 to 4 times a year.
- The Maximum discount and expiration date are specified on each coupon in My Account > Coupons.
- The OY MEMBER'S WEEK promotion is held every month. During this period, OY MEMBER'S WEEK coupon will be issued once per ID according to your membership level.
- The OY MEMBER'S DAY promotion may be operated irregularly.
