How it works

  1. Step 1. Registration as a B2B member
    • Register as a B2B member to receive discounts on your orders.
    • The person in charge will approve your request after 3-5 business days (via email).

  2. Step 2. Order request and confirmation
    • Please tell us which products you are interested in and the date you would need them.
    • Based on the Purchase Order (PO) you have filled out, the person in charge will inform you if the order is possible (3-5 business days).
  3. Step 3. Payment
    • After checking the reply, including the Proforma Invoice (PI), please fulfill the payment according to the process provided by OLIVE YOUNG Global.
  4. Step 4. Packing
    • We will pack the items by the expected pickup date.
  5. Step 5. Pickup
    • When you have picked up the items at the specified place at the set time, the order is completed. (Delivery of goods is possible only to those who match the information of the person in charge of the pickup.)
