Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges

In Case of Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will arrange an exchange or return as follows:

  1. Please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving your order with the following information and photos:

    • Order number
    • Photo of the opened package
    • Photo of the incorrect or damaged product
    • Photo of the damaged area
  2. After our verification process, we will arrange for a replacement product to be shipped.

    • If the product is out of stock and cannot be replaced, we will cancel the purchase contract and refund the received payment.
  3. We will cover the return, exchange, or refund costs for damaged or incorrect items.

 

If the Received Product is Insufficient in Type or Quantity

If the type or quantity of the delivered product is less than what was ordered, we will process an exchange or return as follows:

  1. Please contact customer service within 7 days from the date of receipt, providing the following information and photos:

    • Order number
    • Photo of the opened package
    • Photo of the product with missing type or quantity
    • Photo of the damaged area
  2. After our verification process, we will arrange for the missing product to be shipped.

    • If the product is out of stock and cannot be provided, we will cancel the purchase contract and refund the received payment.
  3. The cost for returning, exchanging, or refunding a product with insufficient quantity will be borne by our company.

 

Handling of Returned Products

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability will not be re-shipped.
  • Please ensure that the specified address is correct before placing an order.
  • If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, you can request a refund within two months of the original delivery attempt.
  • Refunds will not be issued for requests made after two months.
 

Products That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Returns/exchanges for reasons such as change of mind
  • Products returned more than 7 days after delivery
  • Used products
  • Intentionally damaged products
