- * This event is only applicable for participants over 18 of age, non-Koreans and those who have participated in all event requirements.
* Submissions must be received by Aug. 31st, 11:59 PM (KST, Korean Standard Time). Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
* Winners will be contacted via email that was used for submission and you will be required to reply back within the deadline. Company shall not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by incorrect email address, inactive email account, late reply, high spam security settings, or other circumstances resulting from the user’s negligence.
* Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple submissions from the same person will be disqualified.
* Any fraudulent activity (e.g. manipulated screenshots, canceled orders) will result in immediate disqualification without notice.
* Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
* Winners may be contacted directly by Korea Tourism Organization’s campaign partner agency.
* Event winners may be required to provide additional personal information to redeem their prize. This additional information will be disposed of 3 months after delivery of the prize.
* To receive the $50 OLIVE YOUNG Global Mall Points, you must have an active account on the OLIVE YOUNG Global website.
* If either of the following required submissions is missing, your entry will not be accepted: ① A screenshot showing that you liked, commented on, and shared the “Never Ending Korea” Video ② A screenshot of your OLIVE YOUNG Global order confirmation
* Company will not be held responsible for providing prizes or using tickets due to force majeure reasons (genius disasters, airline strikes, system errors, government guidelines, etc.)
* These terms and conditions may be changed without prior notice depending on the organizers' circumstances, and will be notified through the campaign page in case of any changes.
[1st prize Winners:]
* Winners must depart from and to the same airport upon entering and leaving Korea (Economy class flight)
* Tickets must be issued within 20 days of the winner's selection. The deadline for issuance is subject to change depending on airline schedules and seating conditions.
* Flight tickets must be completed for departure and entry within one year from the end of the event.
* Travels are not available on the peak season and holiday season.
* Flight tickets may include at least one stopover, and no direct flights are guaranteed.
* Airline, stopover, etc. are subject to change after consultation with organizers, and requests will be reflected to the extent possible.
* Flight tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-cashable, and will lapse if not used.
* All expenses other than airline tickets (travel insurance, accommodation, visas, taxes, airport fees, etc.) shall be borne by the winner.
* If a change is made after the ticket is issued, a penalty may be incurred, the penalty fee will be borne by the winner, and if additional costs such as fees and differences are incurred due to the change, the winner will have to pay.
* Replacement and compensation will not be paid if boarding is not possible due to personal circumstances.
