1. Changes to Membership Tier Criteria
- As-Is : Based on cumulative purchase amount and number of purchases
- To-Be : Based solely on cumulative purchase amount
2 Increased Membership Coupon Benefits
- As-Is : 1 coupon every half-year
- To-Be : 2 coupons every half-year
3. Changes to Birthday Benefits
- As-Is : $10 discount coupon for all members, usable on purchases over $100
- To-Be : 10 points awarded to members with PINK tier or higher
