Notice on shipping delay due to Korean national / public holidays

We would like to inform you that, due to the closure of the shipping company during the holidays in Korea, orders placed during this period will be shipped with a delay of up to one week. 

Additionally, please be informed that there may be a delay in responses from our customer service during this period. We appreciate your understanding.

 

- Customer Service Shutdown and Shipping Delay Period : January 27th to January 30th (KST)

Orders will be shipped sequentially starting from January 31st, and we will closely monitor the delivery process to ensure safe and timely arrival.

 

*Hong Kong/Singapore will have local holidays in the last week of January, so orders placed after January 22nd (Wednesday) will resume shipping from February 1st.
